Karim Harbott is an Agile Transformation Consultant with over 10 years’ experience in software development. Having started a as a developer, he has a keen appreciation of the engineering practices that are necessary to create quality software. Having moved into project management, he has also seen first-hand the limitations of Waterfall projects, and the incredible power of Agile methods with a particular focus on Scrum and XP. He has strong leadership and analytical skills making him well-placed to lead, and to serve, Scrum Teams as both a Scrum Master, Scrum Coach and Transformation Lead..
