The material is divided into modules. During each module, the trainer will guide you through exercises that help you connect the material to your existing experience, learn new concepts and experience the concepts through practice. Questions are welcome at any time.

Karim is very knowledgeable. He is obsessed with time keeping. The pace was like a formula 1 car and I would have liked more time to digest, discuss and hear from participants about their experience adopting Agile in their orgs. It was content heavy, and Karim acknowledged this but did not do anything to improve it for us. He said he didn't know what to take out. It was uncomfortably fast and I am a fast leaner. It felt like this course was a 3 day squashed into 2. I am disappointed with the learning experience.

Really enjoyed the class and Karim was a super-knowledgable teacher.
