I am a passionate Agile Coach that have seen how Scrum can improve quality, as well as making the teams more happy, as the methodology feel more natural, which also reflect on customers experience.
I also have years of experience as ScrumMaster and Product owner and a team member in Scrum projects and assignments, where I been grooming backlog to make sure that they are ready for the teams.
Since 2015 I have also assisted numerous teams with Scrum practices such as planning poker and retrospectives.
My goal for 2016 is to get all test activities integrated into the done criteria, and by doing so extend the definition of done for all departments in the areas I am working in.
I always like to share thoughts with other people interested in Scrum, which is also the reason why I am active in the national user group – Agile Copenhagen.
