I help teams and leaders turn Agile into real results—without the jargon or corporate snooze-fest. For over a decade, I’ve worked with Netflix, Microsoft, and ServiceNow to make Agile practical, scalable, and effective.
I was the lead Agile coach for Scrum Alliance, guiding their own Agile transformation, and co-created the Certified Team Coaching (CTC) and Certified Agile Leader - K12 (CAL-K12) programs.
My approach blends Scrum, Lean, and other modern Agile methods to help organizations and educators build agility at scale. I also created Agile Classrooms, bringing Agile to K-12 education to help schools future-proof their students.

When I’m not coaching teams, I’m surfing, practicing martial arts, perfecting my drinking chocolate, or playing Uno with my family (house rules apply).
