I have worked with AgileDad to help teach, consult and work closely with organizations in various capacities. I have led teams as a Team Member within the development sprint cycles. I have spent a significant amount of time working as a ScrumMaster to help teams refine their commitments, delivery cycles and better interact with the customer. I have also acted as an Agile Coach and ScrumMaster in working with Product Owners and Executives to better prioritize their product backlogs, release plans and formulate a vision to show to their client base to increase sales and satisfaction. In all of these roles I have been embedded within teams to work with them, worked as a consultant with organizations and I have hosted/facilitated training classes to expand the knowledge of all parties within the Scrum process to be more collaborative and committed to delivering on time and regularly so the customer can give regular feedback and adaptations can be made to lead to more success. Over the past several months I have taken on a more enterprise role of thought leadership in determining what areas of emphasis are needed in the Agile and Scrum communities to cater training and consulting to help organizations go to the next step in their Agile or Scrum implementations to see more sustainable success and remove enterprise level obstacles that are helping them see how they can be more efficient.
