Born on 6th of June 1973 and grown up in the province of Salzburg/Zell am See, Austria.
After primary and secondary school and Business Academy (1992) I went to Klagenfurt, Carinthia, Austria for studying Applied Computer Science (75% Computer Science, 25% Business Administration).
1996, my first steps in "real life" I took in doing database- and website-administration, afterwards went on to requirements engineering and rapid prototyping in the field of financial risk management software with a small software company.
1998, leaving this first company led me to a (in terms of Austrian measurement) huge software company employing more than 1000 software developers and I jumped into the cold waters of doing software engineering in public/governmental sector.
2004, having learned many things about small and big enterprises I decided to build my own small company doing consulting in workflow management, database originated software, quality assurance and project management.
Being a little bored by all this long-term planning procedures and guidelines, I was searching for a technique for doing projects more reliable and alltogether in an agile way, gaining more fun at work.
So, I think I have found a new home with Scrum :-) and I'll spread the word.
