I have recently completed a contract as Sr. PMO Agile Coach for Signet Jewelers. With an additional 13 plus years of IT related Agile project experience in multiple disciplines, I am looking for an Agile Coaching/Training or Senior Project Manager position in the IT sphere.

I am a certified SCRUM Master (CSM/SMC), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO/SPOC), Agile Certified Expert (ACE/CSP), and Agile Certified Trainer/Coach (ACT). I have worked on numerous enterprise ecommerce, software, and web application development projects from inception through design, development, test, integration, trial, and deployment for several Fortune 8 – 100 clients.

    • Assist in the creation and delivery of Agile training for business and IT resources
    • Supports the design of and leads development of the interface and detailed build of the project portfolio management cloud-based tool. This involves building executive-level project status dashboards and visualizations and drill-down reports including building and templating a project start-up kit (milestones, project structure, project templates, issue and risk tracking, reports)
    • Builds all logs to track issues, risks, key decisions, and significant change requests
    • Serves as PPM subject matter expert for all global PMO delivery team members and support resource for functional project managers
    • Develop training and performance support materials for the PPM tool
    • Train and/or coordinate training for all users of the global PMO PPM tool
    • Administer all access to the global PMO PPM tool including license management and user permissions
    • Produce ad-hoc reports per the PMO team’s request
    • Advance best practices for scaling Agile frameworks (SAFe and DaD)
    • Develop and maintains stakeholder relationships supporting Agile product development
    • Remain informed about industry trends and best practices concerning Agile methodologies and maintains on-going personal training in Agile and its related studies
    • Experience with assisting teams/organizations in maturing their agile support processes and procedures
    • Strive for continual improvement in myself and my teams
    • Deliver SAFe, DAD, and OPPM consulting, implementation, and coaching
    • Offer Enterprise Agile Transition coaching and training using SAFe, DaD, and other methodologies

Utilizing significant interaction with senior management I work with stakeholders to develop user stories, help develop the project roadmap and release plan, establish priorities, define team requirements, and deliver business needs.

    I then bring strong leadership to charge and deliver complex business applications, while pushing my teams and the business to exciting growth. All while acting as a team-player, facilitator, and a servant leader that is comfortable dealing with all project members – from the boardroom to the individual team member – all without ego or a personal agenda (other than to make each team the absolute best that they can be).
