Charles "Randy" Cain has been practicing iterative project management for more than 18 years, starting in April 1997 for a team of 5 developers and was so impressed he molded it into his life. He became a Certified Scrum Master in 2008 and was living the Agile lifestyle very heavily. 2012 saw him earn the Certified Scrum Professional certification and in 2013 he became a Certified Scrum Product Owner. Currently his focus has been on enhancing soft skills such as facilitation, conflict resolution and professional coaching.
