Beth Kirst | My passion is improving performance and communication by providing the right data, platforms, and interfaces to the right people, at the right time, in the best possible way.

Growing up I knew I wanted to make a splash, but never really knew how or what I would do to impact the world. I had many interests and it took a while to find what I am best at. I have managed in Retail, been on an exclusive product buying team, provided award winning customer service, outsold my peers in competitive markets, and finally found my home working in information technology. I love that or team works in a world that is grounded in fact. We are presented with a problem then define, create, and resolve for our customers. Learning new ideas and concepts and being challenged to think critically energizes me. I can speak both Sales and Tech so I am often found translating needs and solutions between our team and our customers. I strive daily to make sure our team is fulfilled, challenged, and engaged with the work we do, and that we have an open, honest, and fun environment to work in.

Any great day starts and ends with hanging out with my family. I am blessed to have a wonderful husband, two awesome daughters and the two cutest 50 lb. lap dogs ever created.
