Title: Product Owner/Manager

Ana Pegan is an IT professional with around 15 years of experience.

My career started with Helpdesk Support in a large bank, then IT assistant prodiving in-house support to the employees. Next step was a local startup where I did all tasks people related like recruitment, account management, project management and testing. After that, Consulting and Product specialist role in B2B environment opened up a larger playing field for me.

I wanted to continue in that area, so I joined a newly forming team in the established company for a challenging long term project of migrating and changing entire banking system solution in a company that is a full E2E provider for 5 large regional banks. Project lasted for 6 years and my role there was evolving over time: forming and managing training team doing the end-user training of average 2000 users per bank, leading the internal project of business transformation implementing ITIL processes and changing and negotiating new contracts with both customers and vendors in order to support the newly defined processes and KPIs, taking the role of Contract Manager on the copany level, leading team for support and leading the team for Account management.

For the last 3 years I've been a part of different companies where I was implementing Scum on different levels, working in roles as a Scrum Master or/and as a Product Owner.

My further development will be going deeper into different Agile methodologies from perspective of Product Management, Business and general Management.
