I actively worked with teams to help them transition from waterfall to agile. As the manager of the BA team, we practied agile concepts prior to officially engaging in agile. I played the role of the Scrum Master and conducted daily stand-ups with the team to get them use to being in a stand-up and providing information in the meeting. We practiced writing user stories and grooming them by conducting mock sessions where I again played the Scrum Master. These mock sessions helped the team get familiar with how a grooming session should go and how collaboartion in agile works.
I helped the orgainzation with transitioning to agile by helping pilot a project using agile and helping them tweak it along the way by conducting retrospectives as the Scrum Master. I had the opporutnity to play the role of a Product Owner on an actual project. I set the vision, wrote user stories & acceptance criteria and answered questions for the team.
