 Vessel Operation Support System (VOSS) is a web based application that helps Barwil keep track of a vessel in its voyage and the services done to the vessel. This application is also integrated with their financial system (SUN). This application is used by all the Barwil offices across the world. Various KPI reports are also generated by the application to help the management measure and improve process efficiency  Developed front-end ASP pages of the website and the Visual Basic (VB) DLLs that contain the core functions  Designed & created DB objects using Oracle 8i  Single handedly coded business critical modules like Quotations, Proforma, and dash board.  Presented “white board” design to the VP and senior members of Barwil, which was very well received by and implemented successfully  Wrote reusable code that could be used by any page to maintain proper tab order.  Created guidelines document for multi entry screens that helped the team develop & test the complex changes faster with high quality  Managed project team including motivation, mentoring and conducted weekly progress meeting with IT Team
