Biography
Mattias Öhdén is working as a consultant manager in Stockholm, Sweden. Being one of two managers responsible for EDB Consulting's Systems Development Business Unit in Stockholm, Sweden, with a total of 34 consultants, he daily encounters the need for agile methods and lean processes. Mattias has fully embraced agile principles as important parts of the management of the Business Unit.
