Her personal passion is providing coaching to individuals and teams towards growth inside an Agile environment. In addition to a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Jessica is a Certified Scrum Professional. She has also holds an ICAgile Certified Expert: Agile Coaching (ICE-AC) and PMI PMP and PMI-ACP certifications.
