Melanie Paquette

I'm a CSM, CSPO and CSP who has been using Scrum and coaching Scrum users for several years. I have over twenty years experience in software development, testing, project management and process improvement. I was responsible for implementing an extensive Scrum training and coaching program at BlackBerry/RIM and have trained and coached several hundred people to successful Scrum adoptions.  Prior to my work at BlackBerry, I was responsible for driving Scrum implementation for two large teams at Alcatel-Lucent.

My particular areas of interest are around scaling Scrum in larger organizations and how to effectively use Scrum outside of software development.  I'm currently building a life coaching business, and my work in that area borrows heavily from Scrum and other agile frameworks.
