My experience includes complex software development from SaaS to cloud, real-time to embedded, desktop to mobile, software to infrastructure.

Over the past 19 years, I've been part of all aspects of software development lifecycle. In the last few year, my focus has been on enterprise lean/agile transformation leveraging the major frameworks like SAFe, Disciplined Agile, LeSS, and Scrum@Scale. However, each implementation is custom fitted with the Realistic Essential Agile & Lean approach.
