Created new media production department, recruited and managed staff responsible for producing award winning Discovery.com—one of the most popular Internet sites. Led company’s production through maturation of Internet, from development to deployment, during rising investment to cost-containment; adopted new methods, technologies and processes staying at the forefront of a rapidly advancing industry.

Executed day-to-day page makeup of Sports Illustrated for Kids magazine. Included every aspect of monthly magazine production—page construction, story-fitting, quality control, and final approval. Member of new projects team, built original SI for Kids website.
