Martin currently serves as Chairman of the Board, Fort Knox Gold Vault Chapter, AFCEA International (Volunteer Position) as well as State Veterans Chair, KY Elks Association. Martin brings extensive experience leveraging his knowledge and expertise in both Information Services and Project Management and is committed to personal involvement in exceeded each member's experience.  Martin holds certifications from the Project Management Institute (Project Management Professional), Scrum Alliance (Certified Scrum Master) and Scaled Agile (SAFe). 

Along with AFCEA, Martin serves as Deputy Program Manager and Team Lead for SAIC and previous served as Vice President of Education and Training, Information Services Manager, Program Manager and Project Manager.  His career responsibilities include the strategic management of Policies, Standards, Procedures, Vendor Relations and Systems Development.  He has also consulted major corporations with CMMI implementation and maintenance.  Currently leveraging his knowledge and expertise in both Information Services and Project Management.

Martin's background encompasses more than 30 years of experience specializing in information technology architecture, software development and project management. Environments serviced include high technology (I/T), fulfillment, health services, insurance and consulting industries.

Martin is a veteran of the United States Navy and holds a degree in Advanced Electronics.
