About
Richard has over 20 years experience in business operations and consulting. His extensive consulting experience includes executive mentoring, reengineering processes to achieve clients’ strategic objectives, creating policy and development to meet realigned performance goals and driving the establishment of metrics and scorecards to allow for improved efficiencies. Richard has also been instrumental in implementing successful initiatives through leading organizational transformation and change management efforts by incorporating transition, collaboration and organizational redesign programs for organizations seeking to become more customer centric and positioning themselves for future trends and goals. With his hands-on experience, Richard has helped clients in process reengineering, organizational design, e-commerce strategy, human capital development, and performance and change management. He has contributed to Accelare’s powerful Enterprise Capability Management methodology, particularly in the areas of value mapping, capability modeling, performance management and accountability.
Prior to his consulting career, Richard served in a variety of executive positions. Before entering the consulting industry he was International Business Development Director for a global software company. Richard also served in an executive capacity for over 8 years at an University Medical Center. During his time there he held many responsibilities including managing the risk management process, coordination and management of the institutional policies and procedures, and overseeing the turnaround of the Psychiatry and Psychology Division.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Baldwin-Wallace College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Temple University.
