Richard has over 18 years experience in a variety of IT roles, including over 10 years management experience working for companies such as IBM Software, Oracle & KPMG Consulting.

In his various roles, his focus has been on innovative solution delivery, service quality, user centred design and relationship management to deliver practical business benefits. Richard has an excellent understanding of a wide variety of back and front office business processes, change management principles and related technologies.

Richard is a PMI certified project manager, a certified Microsoft sharepoint specialist and a member of the irish Internet Association's web development working group. His skills include business analysis, technical analysis, project management and IT strategy formulation.
