Nanette Brooks

Nanette Brooks is founder and President of Lean Solutions, a consulting company that focuses on Agile and Lean training, agile transformation, frameworks.  Over the last 20 years, I have held many roles within IT that exposed me to industries encompasses retail, education, healthcare, financial, and automotive. My goal is to provide consulting and training services by utilizing creativity that will effectively transform organizations to become industry leaders.

I provide workshops to educate or train audiences comprised of the novice to senior executives to obtain a solid understanding of Agile principals, practices, frameworks. Moreover, I prepare organizations through education and training as they embark upon the Agile Transformation journey, integrate Agile practices into their corporate strategy to deliver successful products to market, or deliver outcomes that contribute to sustainable competitive advantages.  Nanette holds several degrees, MBA, Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems, and, A.A.S. in Computer Information Systems. In addition to the degrees, Nanette holds the following certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practioner (PMI-ACP), and PMI Project Management Professional (PMP).
