Phoebe Li

Phoebe Li lives in a beautiful seaside city – Shenzhen of China. The city has a good temperature and the air is never too dry for ladies. J She moves to Shenzhen right after graduation, since she gets an offer from Lenovo’s campus hiring. Her parents are struggled when she makes the decision to live in Shenzhen, as she was born in Inner Mongolia, the northernmost of China. But Shenzhen is almost the southernmost of China. All their concerns are released after her parents visit Shenzhen, as it’s a city that you will love at the first sight.

Phoebe is interested in new things. One of her hobbies is make-up and outfit design for her friends. In her understanding, beauty and Agile are both things that can make the world better. She is not a sport fun but her husband invites her to do sports everyday…

Phoebe has started her career from technical writer; you can also call it information development. She learns how to organize her work from the big picture to every detail.  She is lucky to work with some great managers on coaching and indentifying people. Her manager recommends her to apply for an internal job – Customer Solution Manager. The world-wide team at that time is seeking someone well-organized and communicating in a good way. Her technical writer experience and characters help her get the job. The job is also her start point of Scrum. The company is transforming to Agile and she becomes a stakeholder of Scrum team. The stakeholder role gives her the opportunity to know Scrum. At that time, she becomes a Scrum fun. Then she gets the Scrum Master, Coach, Agile Manger, even the chance to work with Product Owner to work on requirements.
