Vickie  Hearne is a seasoned business analyst who has experience as a technology consultant on a variety of large-scale, complex software development and implementation projects. Her background includes e-commerce, supply chain (track & trace), CRM, service management software, and most recently mobile (iOs, Android, responsive design) implementations. In these projects, she has facilitated business interactions related to Agile processes such as story development, iteration planning, and release management. And, she has utilized Agile/Scrum methodologies to translate stakeholder and business requirements into technical epics and stories for the development team.
