Kath Silva-
Born/raised in Northern CA with a forgettable 7 year stint in NY. High school athlete until injuries killed the dream of becoming a professional softball player. BA in Political Science with a minor in Administration of Justice. Discovered love of cooking and food when I married a great chef. Over the years we have added 2 great sons, a housefull of animals and lots of cooking gadgets.
I have been employed by ALLDATA for ~20 years and introduced to Agile in 2009. I'm very fortunate to be a part of a highly successful team that has embraced Agile principles. Currently we are wrapping up one major project and lining up projects for the upcoming fiscal year.
