Jennifer Rockwood

Jennifer Rockwood began her project management career in 2009 in the field of online education. She leveraged her experience as a quality assurance specialist and subject matter expert to collaboratively develop multiple online foreign language courses and interactive learning technologies. She was first introduced to agile when she began at ARUP Laboratories in 2013. There, she served as a stakeholder, subject matter expert, and product owner for four years before transitioning to a fulltime scrum master role in 2017. 

Jennifer's interests in human behavior and quantitative analysis inform her interdisciplinary approach to scrum and agile project management, including retrospectives, sprint planning, and optimizing flow. Her positivity both excites team members and deepens stakeholder engagement. Jennifer excels at balancing the many various unique needs of her organization, such as developing custom software, providing unparalleled customer service, protecting privileged health information, and identifying business value. Since discovering scrum, she has become an evangelist for using agile philosophy and techniques to engineer effective solutions to persistent problems of all kinds.
