Ray Aniruddha

I am an Agile evangelist passionately coaching teams on Scrum/XP/Crystal/Lean SW Dev based Software Delivery.

Currently as Principal Prog Mgr, I lead the Core teams for Data Protection and Security Info and Event Mgmt products in RSA Security/EMC.I lead the cross functional team (Dev and QE, Product Mgmt, Sales Engg,Tech Pubs, Cust Sup, Prof Serv, Marketing) to ensure program delivery and the product releases. The product lines I manage have grown @ 30% in the last 2 years and currently earn more than 80m USD in Revenue. I have mentored/coached multiple teams in EMC and Sapient in building great quality software using Scrum and other Agile processes.

I am a PMP with Scrum (CSP), Lean Six Sigma and ITIL V3 certifications and have led teams (80+) in building Security Products and SOA/EAI/PLM/J2EE based Applications.

Technically I am skilled in J2EE, EAI, SOA and PLM (certifications in SOA, EAI and PLM).

My diverse experience includes Infosys (Sr Proj Mgr), Sapient (Mgr - Program Mgmt) and GE (Progressive roles from SW Dev to Proj Mgr/Prog Lead).

In Infosys Tech I was part of the Oracle SOA competency/maturity buildup in the Oracle Practice (ES) and led a cross functional/joint product dev for Oracle AIA based PIPs.

In Sapient Corp (India) I delivered a Oracle Fusion/SOA Suite based project and executed a End to End Telecom provisioning program for clients using Agile SDLC processes. I managed a 50+ member team (with 30 direct reports).Apart from managing budget and program delivery I was assisting senior leadership in client relationship mgmt for a Telecom client in Canada.

In GE Energy and GE Research I grew through series of progressive roles. Starting as a SW Developer in e-engg programs (J2EE, EAI and PLM based) I grew as a Tech lead and EAI lead. In 2003 I moved to GE Energy, USA as a Business System analyst and owned a Project built the web-PLM engineering platform for GE Energy.

By 2006 in GE Infra I was driving the Eng IT Program portfolio which comprised of 10+ Tools deployed globally and delivered by global vendors. The program had 10000+ GE users and the budget was more than 2M USD.
