Ambika Verma

Ambika is an experienced Software Consultant and Scrum Coach with a demonstrated history of working with various industries (Finance, health care, Insurance and trading) She has completed her Certified Scrum Professional, Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Product Owner certifications. 

Ambika is a Professional Services leader and Scrum Master for over 7 years before transitioning into her ScrumMaster role in January 2014.  Her primary focus was on software development and Quality Assurance (QA).

Ambika has a proven track record of bringing in software implementations on time and on budget, and developing highly reference able clients in the process. She has demonstrated success in motivating teams of people to achieve challenging goals and making them self-organized.

In her role as ScrumMaster Ambika leads teams using the Scrum framework while producing high-value projects and product enhancements.  She is an excellent communicator and has a strong relationship with her stakeholders and IT co-workers.
