Having implemented Agile/Scrum successfully into an IT team that spanned three time zones with various cultures, presented best practices that addressed how organizations can encourage and position successful software delivery through collaboration of geographically distributed teams by adopting Agile/Scrum practices and complementary technologies.

Responsible for the transformation of an entire organization into the Agile/Scrum framework from defining, monitoring, and evaluating the Agile processes to producing compelling long-term impacts and significant culture change which enabled the company to successfully launch their key products after several years of failure to put product enhancements into the market.
Practical Approach to Complex Systems
Managed the application development and support of a customer-focused web-based disbursement system that prepared and reported employee benefit payments exceeding $12B on behalf of 15K different plans that approached 100K payments per month. Other projects have included chief architect, project and technical manager for the analysis and development of a national Java-based e-Commerce high volume online payment system for child support payments that produced up to 1M payments per day.
