I have worked in the IT industry in a diverse range of leadership roles to develop into the Servant-leader I am today. The experience and knowledge I have gained in many business domains has given me the understanding of how people and technology contribute to solutions using various delivery methodologies and frameworks. My experience working with teams and stakeholders has given me the insight and understanding of the value mindsets and motivations of people from diverse cultures and roles which contribute to the success of an organisation with the customer at its centre.

What do I bring to organisations?

I am an Agile coach and Scrum master, I actively coach teams to achieve the ability to self-organise, to evolve into collaborative, resilient teams, responsive to change with a delivery focus. If I'm not coaching then I'm teaching, helping teams and the organisation understand and live by the Agile values as a foundation of their Agile journey.

As a Scrum master helping teams identify impediments and continuously improve is what I do best, internal and external  forces delay progress, understanding the responsibility to improve is key to keeping up team morale and productivity. With a positive energy, an understanding of  the synergy of people and technology in a true servant-leadership approach I work with teams to realise the high impact outcomes they are in control to achieve...and of course have lots of fun along the way because people are at the best in a safe and worthwhile environment.
