My name is Erin Gros and I recently joined Matrix Resources as a Senior Scrum Master Consultant contracted out to PPL based out of Allentown, Pennsylvania. I'm currently working with a digital transformation scrum team responsible for the Customer Experience IVR phone system and Agent Desktop products.
My past experience includes working with Bellese Technology Services as a Scrum Master/Delivery Manager working on a contract with CMS to build custom technology solutions for the Quality Management and Review Systems (QMARS) program. Previously I worked as a ScrumMaster for the Louisiana Office of Technology Services Project Management Office on a large-scale Department of Corrections system modernization project.
Prior to working with Bellese, I worked for the Louisiana Department of Health Medicaid Portfolio and Project Management Office as the PPMO Unit Manager/Program Manager. I was responsible for Medicaid PMO State Project Management staff while also managing key projects and initiatives for the Medicaid program.
Prior to working for the State of Louisiana Department of Health, I worked in the private insurance industry for Starmount Life Insurance Company and Unum in the Information Technology sector. I have a wide variety of experience in the Information Technology sector performing the ScrumMaster role, the Project Management role, the Business Analyst role, performing User Acceptance Testing, IT Procurement, Billing, and IT budget management, Software license management, contract management, help desk support, etc.
