Scrum Master with six Scrum Alliance certifications.  I also obtained my PMI-ACP in 2020. Working for Plexus Worldwide for 7 years, I have truly enjoyed interacting and collaborating so closely with our IT Developers, Architects, Data, QA and PO team. Our teams follow Plexus Scrum processes and attend Scrum ceremonies - Sprint Planning (every 2 weeks), daily stand-ups, refinement twice a week (or as needed) and Sprint retrospective at the end of every Sprint. We also have a weekly Cross Collaboration with one member from each team attending the event to help mitigate risks, avoid collisions and have successful on-time releases. 

Working as an Executive Assistant for 16 years helped prepare me for this Scrum Master position, as it is imperative to be organized, have great communication skills, be flexible with priorities/new work, while having the ability to be an empathetic servant leader.
