Adalbert Rajca

Adalbert Rajca studied law with a major in intellectual property and competition law. During his time at university he founded the volunteer organization Weitblick Köln, which is initializing and supporting local and international educational projects. At this time he also met Yasotharan Pakasathanan and together they founded steps2startup, another volunteer organization, but this time for connecting and supporting entrepreneurs on their very first steps.

Resulting from that positive team experience they decided to found their first startup together - the parking app "ampido". Before that he already gained experience in online marketing and product management at agency level. Since then his role has been product owner focussed. This led to his passion for anything that motivates and enables teams to navigate in complex environments. As an entrepreneur he experienced the benefits of self-managing teams in Scrum and he is constantly researching what it is, that drives individual behavior within jobs and up to volunteer work.
