- Managed Programs and projects crossing various portfolios, being scoped at $500 million dollars to $60 million dollars per fiscal year. These Programs/Projects were delivered on time and on/or under budget annually.
- Managed up to ten projects and/or one program annually from EPMO (Enterprise Project Management Office); represented EPMO to all business units, Stakeholders and Executives.
- Contributed as one of two PMPs that designed, launched and implemented PMO for five business units at CareFusion.

Supported clinical processes and standards related to clinical systems at assigned Tenet hospital sites. Managed processes and outcomes affected by the new or upgraded systems.
