Fabian Delava

Fabian Delava is a Partner in Bain & Company's Brussels office. He is an expert in Bain's Technology, Digital and Financial Services practices. He has more than 18 years of industry and consulting experience.

While at Bain, he has worked across many industries with a primary focus on financial services. He holds expertise across a range of topics such as core systems modernisation, technology strategy, software package selection and large scale technology-driven transformations. His other areas of expertise include organisational re-design, performance improvement / cost reduction, programme management office and business process outsourcing.

Prior to joining Bain, Fabian worked as a Project Manager in the electronic payment industry. Fabian earned a Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Mons-Hainaut and a Master degree in Management from the Solvay Brussels School. He is fluent in French and English and has some knowledge of Dutch.
