Sandeepan Dey has around 10 years of experience in Software Development,Business Analysis and Agile Transformation. Sandeepan is a certfied CSM , CSPO and SPC4 . Sandeepan is currently engaged as a Senior Scrum Master for one of the Fortune 50 US Healthcare client through Conizant Technology Solutions. Sandeepan has a Bachelor Of Technology Degree in Electrical Engineering from India and is currently a resident of New Jersey,USA. 

Sandeepan started his first Scrum project in middle of  2013 and since wore many hats of developer,Product Owner and now as a Scrum Master. As a Scrum Master, Sandeepan Dey acts as a servant leader for two Scrum teams in his client's organization. Sandeepan also does internal training within Cognizant about Scrum framework and practices in general. Sandeepan also helps Cognizant's other clients with Sandeepan has recently got certified as a SAFe Program Consultant and looking forwrad to his first SAFe trainer experience in early 2018. Sandeepan is a also a International Toastmaster and loves public speaking.
