Pete Oliver-Krueger

Pete Oliver-Krueger is a Lean & Agile Managing Consultant, cofounder of the DC Lean Startup Academy, and organizer for the DC Lean Startup Circle. He is a CSPO and specializes in product design, iterative development, usability testing, customer interviews, and customer development. As a member of the DC Lean Startup community, he mentors bootstrapping and early-stage entrepreneurs, teaching them how to do more with the resources they already have. As Managing Consultant and Agile trainer he teaches large organizations and government agencies how to adopt Agile and Lean Enterprise techniques, and optimize their product design and development strategies. 

He got his start developing code for Carnegie Mellon's Robotics Institute, then joined the team that created the first online, accredited university. He spent the following 20 years as a consultant, a Scrum Master, Scrum Developer, a software architect, systems engineer, and development manager. His software architectures power multiple government agencies including the FDA, NASA, and the Pentagon, and he has led many high-profile teams, including the Agile relaunch of TD Ameritrade's new online trading platform, and the first DC Metro Trip Planner.
