Since earning her degree in Computer Information Systems from Bernard M. Baruch College (CUNY), Claudia has worked as a project management professional for over 20 years supporting multiple lines of businesses and industries including but not limited to; Technology Consulting, Network Operations & Engineering, Call Center Technology (IVR), Finance/Banking, IT Risk & Compliance, Mobile Solutions, Healthcare and Utilities and most recently Corporate Retirement and Wealth Management.

Claudia's skills are complemented by strong Scrum and coaching abilities which has allowed her to develop and maintain highly productive teams while delivering on key strategic business goals and initiatives She is currently with TIAA's Chief Technology Office Strategy and Business Effectiveness PMO team and currently holds two certifications with Scrum Alliance - Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner.
