My experience covers the entire SDLC both as an individual contributor and as a leader giving me the insight and ability to communicate with all levels on a project. As a software engineer on various projects my work has resulted in a 70% savings in man-hours, a reduction of work required by 50%, and savings of several million dollars. As a leader and coach, I've worked with people and processes to reduce testing cycles from 3-6 months down to 2 weeks, to enable teams to deliver with 80% fewer staff, and cut delivery times by 50%. I coach teams from a leader-leader perspective so each individual has responsiblity and is empowered to make decisions.
