PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
11/2016 – 2/2021 – Senior Project Manager with 21Tech @ multiple clients
Successfully managed a 20 Million dollars implementation of a cloud-based SaaS solution “TaxSys”, to manage the Property Taxes for the City of San Francisco (CCSF TTX). It was implemented in 18 months with a team size in upwards of 40 resources. Going from mainframe to cloud was a significant change for the City stakeholders. It involved data conversions of more than 100 data sources and interfacing with more than 60 different systems, vendors, and applications. As a program manager:
- Developed a clear program roadmap by clearly articulating RFP/RFI/SOW, Project Charters, Timeline, Milestones, Project Plan, Integration Maps, Data Migration plans
- Worked with product owners to align product backlog and sprint backlog for the program aligning product vision with program goals, objectives, and timelines
- Developed and managed program threats by addressing Risk, Assumption, Issues and Dependencies (RAID); Developed and managed sprint backlogs and product increment logs
- Facilitated program retrospectives to identify improvement opportunities; Evangelized and integrated desired changes to enable continuous improvement
- Actively coached Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Delivery teams in order to promote successful adoption of agile practices. Performed key management roles as needed to ensure the success of program delivery efforts
- Partnered with Product Owners, Product Development teams to execute and deliver programs

Successfully implemented shared services PMO for the Supply Chain Customer Support (SCCS) team at Google. Strategic objective was to relieve the program managers from the monotonous PMO activities by developing a shared service center to deliver PMO services for a group of 9 program managers. On this project:
- Implemented a set of 12 different PMO processes such as manage meetings, create project charters, manage risks, issues, and action items, develop project websites, etc.
- Delivered PMO services to the program managers on an on-demand basis
- Managed a team of 4 PMO analysts to successfully deliver these services

Successfully managed multiple business and technology transformations as a Project Manager. Worked with client and vendor leaderships, subject matter experts (SMEs) and business and technology stakeholders to develop roadmaps and timelines. As a project manager and PMO lead:
- Developed project charters by defining program objectives, assumptions, constraints, milestones, financial estimates/forecasts, and program inter-dependencies
