Irfan has 12+ years’ experience in delivering and managing customized softwares, Data Warehousing & BI and data driven campaigns and marketing insights systems in Telco, retail & financial sectors, using waterfall and agile (scrum) methodologies. He has intensive project based work experience across Europe, US and Australia and proven track record of leading large projects & teams, directing key initiatives and provide robust, high-quality systems.

He has 4+ years of agile experience as a developer, Scrum Master, Product Owner and was invloved in Agile transformation in Telecom & financial institutions in the Netherlands and UK. Irfan is passionate in Agile coaching and leadership consulting and is one of the the agile (scrum) enthusiasts and striving to promote scrum practices in Pakistan. He is poised to help people, teams and companies in Agile transformation and team(s) training. He has been leading and coaching various agile teams in-house and volunteered agile adaptation across multiple organizations.
