An Agile Coach and Scrum Master whose outstanding facilitation, teaching, mentoring and coaching skills have made me a sought-after Coach and Agile Trainer. My mission is to help people feel good and do good at work.
My diverse experience includes my current role focusing on the agile coaching areas of facilitating, serving, advising and teaching in support of the agile transformation at The Hartford Insurance Group. Previous experience includes introducing new agile practices in Financial Technology, supporting platform and cloud teams as a Scrum Master for Salesforce and Tableau, advising agile transformations in E-commerce, Genetics and Banking. I am also a Trainer and Guide for the 6 month Scrum Master program, "Road to Mastery" with Serious Scrum.
