Gale Audier

Gale Audier is an accomplished, multifaceted, Agile professional with experience as both Product Owner and Scrum Master for collocated and distributed teams on high profile corporate initiatives. 

As a Scrum Master, I am actively facilitating our division’s agile transformation and fostering an agile mindset within each component: The executive management team, the product group and five disbursed development teams.  As a servant leader, I work with all our teams through an ongoing process of inspecting our successes and challenges, then coach the team to adapt in ways that foster our overall collaboration and safety within the group.  Building and maintaining this safe space for all to contribute is currently my top priority for these teams.

As a Product Owner, I have been responsible for the overall vision, scope and value of the development team’s deliverables to the business.  My focus was delivering quantitative and qualitative business solutions through iterative design while fostering highly collaborative, team-driven solutions.  Coordinating four disbursed development teams toward the goal of launching two entirely new products to the company’s platform, within a tight timeframe was challenging.  As a team, we rose to the occasion and successfully achieved the goal.

I have a broad base of experience across the healthcare, financial lending, financial planning and investments, and logistics industries. My healthcare and financial lending experience directly involved Scrum and are detailed above.  In my capacity as VP of Product Marketing for a large broker-dealer,  I acquired my FINRA Series 7, 24 and 66 licenses, served as a Principal and Corporate Officer.  My undergraduate degree is in Economics.  

Personally, I am a family oriented person with a great husband and four semi-adult teens/pre-teens at home.  My knowledge of Scrum has helped coordinate the home team in many subtle ways!
