Title: Scrum Master, Agile Coach
I'm Balaji Thangamani. I'm having 17 years 6 months of experience in IT industry. My experience in agile ways of working started in 2008 when i played the role of developer in a project practicing Extreme Programming. My first experince with scrum was on 2010 when i was a member of development team and i have been working with scrum framework since then. I started playing scrum master role from 2012 along with technical lead/architect role. Currently I'm agile coach for 3 teams on a large scale agile transformation assignment practicing scrum and spotify scaling
