Ed is an accomplished Agile Transformation Coach & Trainer using LEAN Six Sigma & Agile Methodology in enterprise Agile Framework Environments. A Technical & Business Manager offering more than 30 years of success spanning executive management, business analysis and development, web technology innovation, and change management. A stabilizing force within turbulent environments demonstrates finely tuned communication and interpersonal skills on all levels. Possessing expertise in customer experience, implementation of enterprise integration, operations management, policy/procedure development, risk management, compliance, process improvement, forecasting, & strategic planning, Ed is a Certified Agile ScrumMaster (CSM), Product Owner (CSPO), as well as a Scrum Professional (CSP) with the Scrum Alliance. He also is a SAFe Agilist 4.0 (SA) & Six Sigma Black Belt (with LEAN & Kanban). Ed is currently an Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach & Trainer with CSX Rail Technology through Matrix Resources in Jacksonville, Florida. A graduate of the College of Charleston (B.A.), Charleston, S.C., Ed has presented at university sponsored events as well as many financial industry events. Ed is an active member of both the Scrum Alliance, the Agile-Carolinas User Group, & the North Florida Agile Meetup User Group.
