Philippe Launay

Philippe Launay has more than 20 years experience in software development.

He started as a C developer on UNIX systems.

Over the years he has to manage development teams for Patient demographic data management, and also for applications integration.

In the applications integration context, he has been an IHE and a HL7 member for a couple of years

In 206, he made some experiments on Scrum in a small team inside the AGFA Company, and it changed his life.

He started as a Scrum master, and after 3 years, finally he is coaching 3 Scrum teams located in 2 different countries (Germany and France).

He is now managing teams at LECTRA, helping them in Scrum and Lean implementation.

He is also a member of the French Scrum user group, and he initiated the Scrum community in Bordeaux, France.
