Bill Pennock

Bill Pennock: Programmer and Project Manager of software systems since 1987.  In early days I developed a Project Management system that eventually developed into Microsoft's lifecycle, pre-agile. Over the years I have seen great strides in technology that have influenced the best ways to perform Project Management.  I have managed projects from 50k to over 1M as President/Owner of Squaretree Software. Unfortunately most of the companies I saw that said they were "agile" were using it as an excuse to do anything they wanted at the expense of the business.  Then I took Agile courses and found out it was nothing like that. I have since consulted companies on Agile practices and used Agile in my own project management with great success.
