About
Rhea Jurf is a ScrumMaster at Welk Resort Group, a timeshare and hospitality company, and is involved in all aspects of Scrum within the organization including getting the newly implemented agile project framework positively accepted by the Business. Prior she was the Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President and CFO for Welk Resort Group assisting in many accounting and finance intiatives and supporting the Accounting/Finance team as a whole. Before coming to Welk Resort Group in early 2013, Rhea had started her career in the hospitality industry with JC Resorts, a Southern California based hospitality group. Rhea's career and educational background also includes experience in Accounting, the Legal field, and as Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. All of these areas have helped Rhea become a well-rounded ScrumMaster within the hospitality industry. After growing up in Connecticut, Rhea decided to move out to Southern California in 2008 and make it her permanent home. She now is enjoying soaking up the sun with her husband and two children.
