I, Siva Kumar Reddy Indireddy, am an experienced IT niche skilled profession with 15+ years of experience in Banking and Financial services industry. Specialized in Application management, Software Architecture Design, Software development life cycle (SDLC) and application performance improvement. 
I have been part of the Agile principles and scrum framework from past five years.
I an Agile coach in Shared Service Technology portfolio. I played as a scrum master handling change requests with stringent timelines and processes at ease. In the process of learning and implementing scrum I obtained CSM & CSPO certifications from scrum alliance. Along with proven leadership skills, my strong 'Can-Do' attitude, strong communication skills and Self Driven attributes are mostly appraised throughout the career. 
As a professional, I have also shown strong adaptability to new roles & career focuses are utilizing Information Technology as an accelerator and contributor for substantial growth of different business & help in digital transformation of business processes in distributed and scaled teams. 
In parallel, I also worked in Agile operational excellence in BA Continuum India where I give training to aspiring Scrum Masters, and transoforming Project managers on Agile Adoption and accesses existing projects to get more with Agile - Scrum best practices. Never the less, I was also participating in Scrum meetups and other Agile meetups in Hyderabad - Ind where I got to lean and share the latest happening in Agile as well as network with fellow Agile practitioners. The journey has been exiting so far and still continues.
