Cheri Cress- Sr. Agile Project Manager

Invested in agile, scrum framework- I am a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).

As a Sr. Agile Project Manager, I have the pleasure of working directly with five agile teams performing ScrumMaster duties in facilitating scrum framework for a software development project. I collaborate with the scrum teams to maintain the product backlog and story prioritization, daily stand ups, story grooming, sprint demonstrations, sprint retrospectives and sprint planning. A big part of my role interacts with project metrics, coordinating efforts with clients and internal departments to ensure project maintains schedule.

In recent experience, I fulfilled business analysis. In this role, I was the liaison between the business and information technology. This included process evaluations, analysis, documentation and implementation. I am proficient with the software development lifecycle and have used Waterfall Methodology. I have undergone Agile Scrum training for Business Analysts and am always exercising those skills in any role.

My overall work experience includes call center standards, mail support, data entry, customer service satisfaction, customer escalations, quality control, employee training, business analyst, project management, scrum master, user acceptance testing, and some quality assurance testing.
