Phillip Cave's passion is found in helping software companies and information technology organizations remember what it was like when they started and behaved as all successful startups do to deliver products and services to market and customers effectively. Phillip is both an enterprise and team coach who creates impact by being a catalyst for change and moving the organizational needle. Having software engineering experience combined with leading teams and companies allows him to effectively coach at all levels of the enterprise. He literally has been in two startup software companies and has experience architecting products from the ground up. Phillip combines his startup experiences with behemoth company experiences at Microsoft and EDS as well as companies in between such as Premera Blue Cross and Verizon wireless. His management consulting career has taken him to a vast variety of companies, industries and experiences. All of which makes Phillip a very effective pragmatic thinker and coach.
